The farm VALLE DI CHIARAMONTE stands on the ruins of an old nineteenth-century farmhouse set in the countryside in the province of Ragusa Chiaramonte. The old tenement consisted of housing for workers, stables and warehouses. Entering from the gate of the estate about SP6 is clearly visible the front facade of the structure which is reached through a short "VANEDDA" (old country road). The structure of the front facade is interrupted by arcade that allows entry into the "BAGLIO" (courtyard). The farmhouse was originally surrounded from houses, from "HOUSE ABITARA" (room used for milk processing) and warehouses for the storage of seeds and olive oil.

Today in this part of the structure there is also nice and comfortable accommodations. Beside the main building there is a dining room that was once a barn, with a corner bar, where are served specialties business and territory.

What once was "U IARZU" (place of night shelter animals) it has been transformed into a garden with green lawn and child centers. Finally, inside the garden of the estate it was built a swimming pool, a pitch and beach volleyball.
